Set in the mid 1980s, Enzo Ferrari's life story unfolds in a series of flashbacks as he is interviewed by a 'journalist' in his office. Filmed in English in Maranello, Modena, Bologna and the autodrome 'Enzo e Dino Ferrari' at Imola. A historical fleet of racing cars was assembled for the making of the film, including an original Alfa Romeo P3 driven by Tazio Nuvolari and a Ferrari 312 T3 Grand Prix car driven by Gilles Villeneuve. Beautiful cinematography and an unforgettable soundtrack. It was the most expensive movie ever produced for Italian television, and it shows. A great insight into the man and the myth.
