NIGHT STOP

LeMans 1977

Jacky Ickx boards the winning Martiini Porsche 936 during a night pit stop. Ickx shared his fourth LeMans triumph with Hurley Haywood and Jurgen Barth in 1977.

This painting was commisisoned by Ickx for his personal collection to commemorate victory at LeMans in 1977 and has also never been available as a print before now.

LeMans 1970

Dickie Attwood takes the winning Porsche 917k into the esses on Sunday morning as he and Hans Hermann give Porsche their first overall victory at the 24 Hours of LeMans in 1970.

 This painting was purchased by Richard 'Dickie' Attwood for his personal collection. It has never been available as a print before now.

PORSCHE SWEEP

1969 Nurburgring 1000k

Jo Siffert and Brian Redman and the white and red Porsche Salzburg number 1 car led a Porsche 908/2 sweep of the 1969 Nurburgring 1000k race. The three litre spyders swept the first five places to clinch Porsche's first World Manufacturers Championship.

SURPRISE VICTORY

1964 Targa Florio

Baron Antonio Pucci and Colin Davis recorded the first outright victory for a GT car in a major round of the World Manufacturers Championship as they guided their Porsche 904GTS through an attrition filled Targa Florio in 1964.

SHOWDOWN AT SPA

1970 Spa-Francorchamps 1000k

The Gulf Wyer Porsche 917 pairing of Jo Siffert and Brian Redman outfought the Ferrari 512S of Jackie Ickx and John Surtees to win the 1970 Spa 1000k race at a blistering average speed of 149.415 mph.

GULF PORSCHE AT LeMANS

1971 LeMans 24 Hours

The number 19 Gulf Porsche 917k of Richard Attwood and Herbert Mueller led the 24 Hours of LeMans in 1971 before losing top gear. The pair finished second behind the Martini Porsche 917k of Marko and Van Lennep.

VIRTUOSO

1970 BOAC 1000k Brands Hatch

Pedro Rodriguez gave one of the greatest performances in the history of sports car racing at Brands Hatch on April 12,1970 as he threw his Gulf Wyer Porsche 917k around the Kent circuit in heavy rain to score the overall victory by an incredible 5 lap margin.
