Subject: Perfecting Customer Satisfaction

Dear Friends,

The GT40 Mark IV's arrived at our warehouse last Wednesday, January 23rd. Overall,
the packaging and models look awesome. However, upon further inspection, we
discovered two recurring problems. Without going into boring details, rear
wheel alignment and some door fit inconsistencies were cause for concern, so
much so that the factory sent two representatives to investigate.

After much deliberation, the decision has been made to return the entire
shipment back to the factory for complete remanufacturing. This decision did
not come easily as we know all of you have already patiently waited through
one delay. We feel your pain in more than one way in that GMP has a great
deal invested without any return.

Maybe we are being too critical but the collector expects as high a quality
replica as possible and so do we. Chances are these models could have been
adjusted here and shipped without too much comment but that just did not seem
to be consistent with our reputation and just did not feel right.

The bottom line is that now we are looking at early May but we can rest
assured the model will be all we expect and deserve. Please hang in there
with us. Your loyalty is greatly appreciated! You will NOT be disappointed!
