Dale Olsen Original Artwork

- Original Frescoes and Watercolors -

Those of you who have visited our Gallery in Downers Grove, Illinois or have seen our displays at various club and racing events are familiar with the artwork of Dale Olsen. Dale's original frescoes always attract attention and compliments due to their meticulous detail and uncanny realism. His series of Cavallino frescos look as if they were chiseled from the walls of a Roman ruin. Hours are spent duplicating the look and texture of ancient stone. No two pieces are alike and commissions are accepted to accomodate Tifosi who wish to personalize their artwork with their favorite Ferrari or to feature a particular driver.

Dale's latest frescoes, entitled 'Cavallino Pompeii I' (left) and 'Cavallino Pompeii II' (right), are now on display at The Motorsport Collector. Both pieces were created with acrylic paints on composition board, mounted on a fabric covered mat and enclosed in a plexiglass and wood box type frame.

'Cavallino Pompeii I' measures 16" x 20" and is SOLD

'Cavallino Pompeii II' measures 20" x 24" and is priced at $650.00
