Auto Art has released the first 3 versions
in a series of 1/18 scale Mercedes Benz CLK LM's as raced in 1998.
They feature removable nose and tail sections, opening doors and
highly detailed engine, chassis and interiors.
The photos below illustrate the high
level of quality and detail these models offer.
Three different Klaus Ludwig cars are
now available, his 1998 LeMans car, his 1998 FIA GT Championship
winning car and an FIA GT version sporting the special 'Bye Bye
Ludwig' graphics. A series of 'detail' photographs are seen below.

version.

The chassis and engine detail on these
models is typical of the quality level we've seen on Auto Art

Detail Differences between LeMans
and FIA GT versions:

The FIA GT versions feature front winglets
off the fenders which were removed for the high speeds of LeMans.

The tail sections feature subtle differences
as well. Note the higher angle and extra supports on the FIA GT
version (left).
