After dessert, Brock spoke for over an hour, regaling the gathered faithful with stories about the Cannonball and some of the sport's most interesting characters and fielding questions about the state of motor racing in the world today.

It was rather hectic around here today, but we wanted to tell you that two new Scalextric Sport Ford Mk II's have arrived. All previous Ford GT's in the Scalextric Sport series have sold out in a matter of days. These will too. These sculptures are cast in heavy resin, coated in pewter, then laquered to protect it's metalic finish. They are a remarkable value at just $65.00 each plus shipping.
